Remodeling

Keep remodeling debris close to the work. Tell us the material mix and project phase before delivery.

Roofing

Shingles are accepted under standard weight and fill-line rules. Share the roof size and number of layers.

New construction

For new builds and build-outs, plan placement around crews, deliveries, equipment, and site access.

Plan. Place. Haul.

Access & placement

Provide gate codes, the onsite contact, surface conditions, overhead obstructions, and the preferred placement point. Reserve room for the delivery truck to approach and unload, and keep access open when the full container is collected.

Material requirements

Identify every material before the rental is confirmed. Keep debris below the fill line so it can be covered and transported. Tires, refrigerators, raw garbage, concrete, dirt, asphalt, and brick are not accepted; mattresses incur a $25 charge each. Confirm the allowed load weight before delivery.

Schedule & duration

Give us the requested date, working hours, project phase, and expected rental period. Coordinate the container with crew and supplier schedules. If work changes, contact us to discuss the pickup date and whether another container is available.

The right size for your project.

Choose among 10, 15, and 20 yard containers according to debris volume, material, and access. Standard 14-day rentals include delivery, pickup, and 1, 2, or 3 tons based on container size. Additional weight, extended time, location, and special handling can affect the final total.

Restricted materials are not accepted.

Concrete, dirt, asphalt, and brick are restricted and not accepted in our dumpsters. Tires, refrigerators, and raw garbage are also not accepted. Shingles are accepted and do not require advance approval or a dedicated roofing-debris load.

Identify every material before work starts and follow the standard weight and fill-line requirements.

Need a pickup or swap-out?

Include the expected pickup date when planning the rental. If you anticipate filling a container before the project finishes, discuss a swap-out request in advance: collection and replacement depend on inventory and delivery routing. Confirm the replacement size, date, and price before relying on another container for the crew.

For repeat work or multiple sites, identify each delivery address, onsite contact, material stream, and schedule. Keep each request tied to its jobsite so access instructions and pickup arrangements are clear. A quote request starts that conversation; it does not reserve equipment.

Straight answers for contractors.

What size dumpster should I rent for construction debris?

Compare 10 or 15 yards for a smaller remodeling phase and 20 yards for a larger volume of approved bulky debris. Material weight matters as much as volume. Concrete, dirt, asphalt, and brick are not accepted. Shingles are accepted under the standard weight and fill-line rules.

Can I use a dumpster for a roofing tear-off?

Yes. Shingles are accepted and do not require advance approval or a dedicated roofing-debris load. Tell us the roofing material, approximate square count, and number of layers so we can help estimate volume and weight. Standard load limits apply.

Can you replace a full dumpster during the project?

Contact us to discuss a swap-out before the existing container is full. Replacement equipment and timing must be confirmed against current inventory and routing. Provide the jobsite address, replacement size, material, and requested date so we can quote and coordinate the request.

What information should I include in a contractor quote request?

Include the jobsite ZIP code, requested delivery date, project type, expected materials, preferred dumpster size, access details, and anticipated rental period.

Can I mix shingles with general construction waste?

Yes, shingles may be included with other accepted construction debris and do not require a dedicated load. Concrete, dirt, asphalt, and brick are restricted and not accepted. Describe every material you expect to dispose of, keep the load below the fill line, and stay within the confirmed weight allowance.

Does the contractor form reserve equipment?

No. It starts a project-specific quote request. We will confirm inventory, delivery timing, placement, materials, and final terms before the rental is reserved.

Tell us about the jobsite.

Share the project, material, access, and scheduling details. We’ll follow up with availability and a project-specific quote. This request does not reserve a dumpster.
